We offer two levels of copyedits: light and heavy.
Light
Every manuscript could use a good, light copyedit before it’s ready to pitch. Your book is polished, plot-wise, but it needs a professional review. Typos, misplaced commas, and misspelled prepositions distract the reader and can mean the difference between being accepted by a publisher/agent or ending up in the slushpile.
Heavy
A heavy copyedit goes into more depth. If you don't know a dangling modifier from a dependent clause, don’t worry;you don't need to let the more esoteric points of the English language keep you from becoming a great and successful writer. A heavy copyedit covers everything, from comma splices to repetitive wording to formatting issues. I take great care to preserve the original voice in your work.
Foreign Language
I also offer foreign language services if you’ve had your manuscript translated into English but want to have it formatted for an American market
